Progress
|’präg,res; ‘pro’gres| is rooted in the creation of change through innovation for social justice. Defined as forward movement toward a destination – our destination is a community dedicated to creating that change and advancing social justice for all people.
Progressive
|pre’gresiv| is not another term or label that you can simple attach to yourself. Defined as happening or developing step by step, progressive is favoring or implementing social change or new ideas: favoring or promoting change or innovation. Progressive is not something that you say out loud when identifying yourself - being progressive is something that people will see in what you do.

|CH anj| is the idea that an existing structure will be made into something entirely different; transformed. Progress defined as ‘change’ is different than progress defined as ‘reform’ in that it change creates something new instead of placing a bandaid over the gaping wound.
